CSG - FAIR Cost Scrutiny Group

The Cost Scrutiny Group (CSG) is a working group, established by the FAIR Council.

The CSG is charged with providing independent advice to the Council and to the AFC on all project‐cost, including personnel costs, related matters concerning construction, commissioning and operation, checking effective and optimal use of the resources for fulfilling the goals of the project.

Furthermore, the group is tasked to identify cost saving and optimization potential.
