The NUSTAR Council (NC) represents the international Nuclear Structure, Astrophysics and Reactions community. Members are representatives of the institutes/institutions involved in the projects and activities at GSI and FAIR. The NC, which meets at least once per year, formulates the policy of the community. The NC members nominate and elect the members of the NUSTAR Board of Representatives and elect the NUSTAR Spokesperson.
