New Spokespersons for R3B

During the last collaboration meeting in April 2017, the members of the R3B experiment elected Dolores Cortina (Univ. Santiago de Compostela) as the new Spokesperson and Haik Simon (GSI Darmstadt) as the new Deputy Spokesperson. The R3B Collaboration thanked the former Spokesperson Thomas Aumann for his effort and dedication to the experiment and the collaboration for many years. The new management team will lead the R3B experiment towards the FAIR operation starting in 2018 with FAIR Phase 0 at GSI.
