New HISPEC/DESPEC Spokesperson

Andrea Jungclaus (IEM-CSIC, Madrid, Spain) was elected as new Spokesperson of the HISPEC/DESPEC Collaboration. With the second most votes during the election, Alejandro Algora (IFIC-CSIC-Univ. Valencia, Spain) was elected as Deputy Spokesperson. Both have started their positions at the HISPEC/DESPEC Collaboration meeting, which took place November 13-14 at GSI.
