Arrival by public transport

From Darmstadt main station
  • Take S-Bahn (regional train) S3 with direction Bad Soden
  • Get off at Wixhausen (2 stops)
  • Use bus route G with direction GSI (Monday - Friday only). Bus starts from bus stop Bahnhof, which is located on the other side of the rails, use the underground crossing (location marked in purple).
  • Get off at the stop "GSI Helmholtzzentrum" (one stop after "Wixhausen Merianstraße/GSI").

Pedestrian way: Walk in eastward direction on Messeler-Park-Strasse straight on to your destination (25-35 min)

From Darmstadt center (Luisenplatz)
  • Take tramway 6/7/8 with direction Arheilgen Dreieichweg
  • Get off at terminal Arheilgen Dreieichweg
  • Change to bus route G with direction GSI (Monday - Friday only).
  • Get off at the stop "GSI Helmholtzzentrum" (one stop after "Wixhausen Merianstraße/GSI").
From Frankfurt main station

  • Get off at Wixhausen (15 stops)
  • Use bus route G with direction GSI (Monday - Friday only). Bus starts from bus stop Bahnhof, which is located on the other side of the rails, use the underground crossing (location marked in purple).
  • Get off at the stop "GSI Helmholtzzentrum" (one stop after "Wixhausen Merianstraße/GSI").
