New perspective: On the northern construction site, a ring-shaped forest clearing has been undertaken this winter to make way for the future particle accelerator. This aerial perspective reveals discernibly where the 1.1 kilometre long underground tunnel will be located. Upon completion this area will be reforested and opened to the public again.
